Mallow-Cakes are a tasty way to enjoy any Friday evening. The odd thing about them was that the mallow failed to sink very deep into the batter, thus only creating a surface effect. And, they added little to no flavor to the cake. Esthetically, however, it’s a hit. Looks like confetti.
Taste tests show it’s still tasty though.
